Beyond the Clinic Space
If we truly want to entrench our profession as leaders in health management and prevention, we need to step outside the clinic and into our communities. In this issue of The Pulse, we have interviewed NDs who are working in a multitude of areas beyond the clinic space, engaging in advocacy, politics, interprofessional collaborations, corporate consulting and other spaces. Each of them tells the story of finding their passion and how our unique education positions us to be leaders for change. Each offers advice on how to start small and still make an impact.
