Every year billions of dollars are spent on efforts to lose weight, but few individuals find solutions that provide lasting success. As experts in providing holistic care, Naturopathic Doctors are well positioned to help individuals optimize their metabolic heath by sifting through the complexity of contributing factors. Join Dr. Jacqueline Cooper Lemmon, ND as she discusses clinically proven strategies for nurturing the microbiome and balancing blood sugar to help improve patient outcomes.

- Review new research that identifies strains of probiotics that have been clinically proven to help reduce weight, waist circumference and LDL cholesterol
