Kevin has been a federal government employee, within Health Canada, for the past 15 years. He has occupied various roles over this time, including scientific evaluator, manager, associate director and director. His specific area of work has primarily been the post-market safety of natural health products and non-prescription drugs. Kevin possesses a strong understanding of both the Food and Drug Regulations and Natural Health Products Regulations, as well as the many guidance documents for industry. Over the past decade, he has delivered well over 30 presentations to industry, academia, regulators and healthcare practitioners. Kevin believes that naturopathic doctors are an essential component of the healthcare system in Ontario. The healthcare system in Ontario is at a critical juncture and requires a thorough evaluation of where efficiencies can be realized.
