Jennifer Joseph is the Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND), bringing over a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership, strategic growth, and community impact. With a deep belief in the values of naturopathic medicine and a personal connection to holistic health, she leads OAND with purpose, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to its members.

Prior to joining OAND, Jennifer held senior leadership roles in the social services sector, where she developed cross-sector partnerships, scaled province-wide programs, and championed equity and inclusion at every level. Her leadership style is grounded in collaboration, compassion, and results—always with a focus on elevating the people and purpose behind the work.

At OAND, Jennifer is focused on strengthening the profession’s voice, advancing meaningful policy change, and building a thriving, member-driven association. She sees the year 2025 as the 100th anniversary of regulated naturopathic medicine in Ontario not only as a time to honour the past, but as a unique opportunity to co-create a vibrant, future-forward vision for the profession.

A proud mother of four, Jennifer’s passion for natural wellness is both professional and personal. She credits her mother—a natural healer, birth support worker and community caregiver—with instilling a lifelong respect for prevention, care, and the healing power of nature.

Jennifer is honoured to serve and walk alongside Ontario’s naturopathic doctors as they continue to provide compassionate, whole-person care to communities across the province.
