The OAND registration and information desk is located inside the main conference centre, in the courtyard directly in front of the Tradeshow Hall (Hall C)
Hours of operation are:
Friday 10:00AM – 5:00PM
Saturday 7:00AM – 5:00PM
Sunday 7:00AM – 2:00PM
The OAND Tradeshow is located in Hall C of the Toronto Congress Centre, directly across from the Leonard Cohen Ballroom (Keynote Lecture Hall).
The entrance is off of the courtyard area across from the OAND Registration and Information Desk.

Sunday 10:30AM – 2:00PM
Badges provide evidence of your registration and must be worn at all times. Please respect and be patient with our volunteers and ensure your badge is properly visible. Anyone not wearing a badge will be asked to leave the convention area. Your badge must be scanned as you enter and exit EACH session. Failure to have your badge scanned will result in your name being registered as a “no show” and therefore will NOT qualify for CE credits.
CE credits allocations for each session are indicated in this syllabus. The OAND will send each ND delegate a report of earned CE credits following the convention. Please note if you fail to have your name badge scanned at a session you will NOT qualify for the corresponding CE credits. We regret that we cannot change our records of registration after a session has ended, so please ensure your name badge is scanned in and out each time. The OAND allows a 15-minute grace period after the session has started. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for a session, you will NOT be given credit for that session.
All presentations and handouts (for speakers that have provided us with authorization) are available online and can be accessed here. Please be sure to download and save all your documents. We will NOT be providing printed resources.
Coffee service will be provided Friday morning and a boxed lunch can be taken into afternoon intensives. Complimentary meals and refreshments will be served on Saturday and Sunday.
- Breakfast will be served in front of the Leonard Cohen Ballroom in the foyer
- Lunch will be served on the Tradeshow floor on Saturday and Sunday.
- Refreshments will be served during the morning and afternoon breaks on the
show floor

Lunch Hours: Saturday: 12:30PM – 1:30PM, Sunday: 12:30PM – 2:15PM
Refreshment Breaks: Friday 3:00PM, Saturday & Sunday: 10:30AM, Saturday 3PM.

The keynote sessions are being professionally video recorded. The breakout sessions, (excluding the Friday intensives) are being professionally audio recorded. Recordings will be distributed to delegates post-convention.
The Convention could not be made possible without the contribution of our strong team of volunteers. They will be easily identifiable. Please feel free to reach out to them should you have questions or need direction. OAND staff are also always available.
