Rominder Raina is a professional with a diverse background in healthcare, education, and leadership. With a solid foundation in naturopathic medicine, Rominder brings over a decade of experience as an educator, clinician, and entrepreneur to the board of directors. Rominder’s journey in leadership began during his 18-year tenure in the Canadian Forces, where he retired as a Warrant Officer. His commitment to service and teamwork is a cornerstone of his career and is evident in his roles as Executive Vice President and Acting President of CUPE Union Local 5266. Here, he led the union’s strategic initiatives and fostered a culture of integrity and collaboration among members. As the Owner/Operator of Collaborative Education, Rominder demonstrated exceptional leadership by organizing and promoting continuing education conferences for Naturopathic Doctors. As clinical faculty at CCNM he further showcases his dedication to mentoring and developing future healthcare professionals Rominder’s contributions to various organizations and his commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset to the OAND board of directors, guiding the association towards continued success and innovation in the field of naturopathic medicine.
