The Annual Meeting of the OAND will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at 11:00 AM.  It will be a virtual event and a meeting link will be provided to registrants closer to the event.  Please note that registration is open now and will close on Thursday, May 8th at 5pm.

All OAND members and affiliates may register to attend; any OAND member in good standing as of March 1st, 2025, is eligible to vote at the meeting.  If you wish to appoint a proxy for voting, you must complete and submit the proxy form to the OAND by May 2nd, 2025. The proxy form can be found in the members’ portal.

Business Education Session

Prior to the Annual Meeting, Dr. Marnie Luck, ND will host a free business education session. This is in response to member feedback indicating a desire for learning opportunities related to the business side of running your practice. The session, titled How to Align Your Naturopathic Practice with Your Income Goals and Lifestyle, will run from 9:00am to 10:45am. The session is free to all members and will be eligible for Category B credits.  This workshop will let our members dive into the metrics that matter when creating an Ontario-based practice that is profitable and serves not only your patients but your life

About the Session

  • Part 1: Know your Numbers 
  • Determine your personal and professional break-even points and utilize tools to support financial planning. 
  • Part 2: (re)Building an ND Practice that Works for You. 
  • Learn how to implement key parameters and SOPs for a streamlined and productive schedule.  
  • Part 3: Income Goals and Thresholds 
  • Understanding what is practically involved to achieve your desired income and what to do when thresholds are met. 
  • Part 4: A Practice that Fuels your Life, and a Life that Fuels your Practice 
  • Refine your understanding of “work-life balance” and redefine your definition of success 

About Dr. Marnie Luck, ND

Dr. Marnie Luck ND is a Toronto-based naturopathic doctor and co-owner of Annex Naturopathic Clinic. She has a bachelor of commerce from McGill university and is a 2015 graduate of CCNM. In addition to her practice, she has provided workshops and mentoring to students and new NDs, hosted fundraising events for local initiatives, and facilitated wellness workshops at various organizations. Marnie is passionate about the collective success of the naturopathic profession and values community and collaboration. She is equally passionate about living her version of “the good life” which includes, but is not limited to: motorcycle adventures, salsa dancing, tanning deer hides, becoming trilingual, surfing, DIY nature spa experiences, sitting with art and poetry and generally joyfully connecting with people.
