Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be received by the OAND in writing no later than 5:00 pm on February 9, 2012 in order to receive a refund of your registration fees paid, less a $10.00 administrative fee. If you cancel after February 9, 2012 or if you do not attend any part or the entire course, you will not be eligible for a refund. The OAND reserves the right to cancel or postpone this course if minimum registration numbers are not met by February 9, 2012 (in which case, full refunds will be provided to registrants).
