Social Media Cafe

This year, the OAND is pleased to present delegates with our new Social Media Cafe, and networking and learning hub for all things social media. Housed inside the tradeshow hall, the area will feature presentations throughout the weekend on the latest trends in online networking and marketing.

New this year, delegates have the opportunity to choose from six intensive sessions which will run on the afternoon of Friday, November,18 from 1:00-4:30pm. The OAND is excited to offer an intensive program that includes advanced knowledge on Homeopathy, Nutrition, Parenteral Therapies, Cancer Care, Business Training and CPR/AED Certification. This year's program features keynote presentations by: Mark Hyman, MD,  Alan Gaby, MD, Gurdev Parmar, ND, Lise Alschuler, ND, and Kerry Bone, Associate Professor. We wil l once again run a Business Stream for your administrative staff to attend (please note that these breakouts are also available to ND attendees, however, they run concurrently to keynote presentations), along with 3 streams of breakout sessions on a wide variety of clinical topics. In addition, visit the OAND tradeshow and come prepared to do business with our corporate members and tradeshow participants. There will be tradeshow specials that will provide you with the business advantage you can't afford to pass up.

Join us for the Kick-off Event! The Convention will kick-off on Friday evening with a panel presentation and discussion. Please plan to join us for the Convention Kick-off event at 7:00pm on Friday, November 18, 2011 at the International Centre. Simply check off that you will be attending when you register for the Convention. Presidents and CEO's of all the major teaching colleges will come together to discuss emerging trends in health care and naturopathic medicine that are impacting curriculum and the visions that the teaching institutions have for the future of the profession. Presidents from Bastyr, NCNM, SWCNM and CCNM will share with delegates their vision for the future of the profession. The panel presentation will be followed by a reception and networking event.
