Botanical Medicine & Homeopathy

Using plants to heal is a practice that dates back to the beginning of civilization, and forms the base of modern pharmacology. Homeopathy, working on the principle of “like cures like”, has been a healing practice for over 200 years, though its underlying principle dates back to Ancient Greece. It uses minute amounts of natural substances to stimulate the self-healing abilities of the body.

With so many botanical and homeopathic products to choose from, it can be difficult to make sense of it all. The books in this section serve as guides to natural remedies, from the general to the more specific.
