![]() | Meghan Walker is the Co-Founder and a Clinic Director of the Integrative Health Institute. Meghan is a passionate supporter of youth empowerment and integrative and environmental health promotion. This is exemplified through her ongoing work with international youth and health initiatives. Meghan graduated with distinction from the University of Waterloo, where she received an Honours Bachelors of Science degree in biology with a specialization in reproductive physiology. She went on to complete a post-graduate designation as a Naturopathic Doctor at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) where she served on the school’s Board of Governors and initiated many health education events. |
Meghan is a member of the Association of Perinatal Naturopathic Doctors and is currently serving as a Board Member for both the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors. Meghan is a passionate speaker and writer and has participated in speaking engagements to both community-based and national audiences and has promoted health and naturopathic medicine through television, radio and editorial pieces in local and national newspapers.
As a clinician, Meghan has a special interest in environmental medicine and its role in clinical approaches to cancer prevention and in treating digestive health disorders, including Crohn’s and Colitis, celiac disease and IBS. She has extensive experience working with women related to fertility, menopause and menstrual complaints and believes in the power of collaborative and integrative medicine for all of her patients.
